Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do this by phoning the salon. We politely ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for this, as we may be able to fill the time slot. Repeat of late cancellation or no show appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.
If you are running late for your appointment please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your on your way. Unfortunately if you are more than 15 mins late, your technician may have to reschedule your appointment.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. ‘Zoe Brown - Nail Salon’ will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.
Due to insurance purposes no nail enhancement or CND Shellac treatments will take place on anyone who is under the age of 16. Any children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

As a service provider we have the right to decline providing a service due to bad language and/or poor behaviour. Under no circumstance will any treatment be carried out if there is any sign of infection(s). As a Nail Technicians we can suggest a course of action but will strongly suggest for you to seek medical advice.
